Since its incorporation in 1998 Solveigh has gathered extensive knowledge and experience with all major Dutch and many foreign financial institutions for the various possibilities of debt capital financing. Furthermore Solveigh has a unique and extended network of private equity investors, informal investors and family offices. This network enables us to advise in the selection of the most suitable bankers or debt providers and to arrange the best possible and suitable financing constructions for our clients. As Solveigh is an independent consultancy firm and is acting on behalf of our principals without any compensation or fees from bankers but on the basis of an exclusive engagement by our principals, there is no risk of conflicting interests.

Solveigh's debt advisory services focuses on assessment of the actual financial position of a company, room for improvement in debt structuring, support in the composition of the business and financial plan and requests to be presented to bankers, selection, marketing and communication with financial institutions, review of term sheets and terms offered by financials institutions and management of the negotiation with financial institutions of the requested facilities.
