As mergers and acquisitions are often part of a broader strategy, Solveigh also provides strategy support. Together with the company management, we design and manage a strategy generation process - irrespective of organizational size, development stage of the company or professional maturity. The strategy generation process starts with retrieving the current vision and the roots of the company and it ends with a clear and renewed vision with strategic projects, to turn this vision into reality and to realize sustainable value over time. Focus and priority-setting and commitment are the necessary prerequisites. Based on a new methodology of prioritization, a limited number of clear strategic goals are set and the corresponding strategic projects are defined, to successfully implement the new strategy. Having a clear vision also provides guidance for better decisions at natural moments of change such as budget rounds and the occurrence of market opportunities. Awareness and insight workshops: 
During these workshops the position of the company in its environment is reviewed using proven business models. 
Broad stakeholder and expert interviews: 
These interviews are used instead of brainstorming, to create a comprehensive set of potential elements of the strategy. 
A two days strategy workshop: 
The rigorous prioritization process applied in this workshop ensures that only the most viable strategic goals and projects are selected.
