Manon earned her Master of Law degree in 1997 and in 2007 she graduated from the Rotterdam School of Management's Business Valuation Program. She is a member of the Dutch Institute of Register Valuators. Manon has been involved in a large number of sale and acquisition processes in different sectors.

Prior active for several years as senior Corporate Finance advisor at Grant Thornton involved in complex (international) valuation assignments and mergers and acquisitions. After her graduation she worked for more than three years as consultant at Conclusion (financial and business analyses and business change-over stages). Graduated in financial economics in 2002 (Corporate Finance) at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. In 2007 Liane graduated from the Rotterdam School of Management's Business Valuation Program. She is a member of the Dutch institute of Register Valuators (NIRV)

Karel obtained his PhD at Delft University of Technology, after which he went to Philips (Electron Microscopy Development). Returned in 1983 to Delft where he became professor to lead a particle optics research group. In 1989 he returned to the industry where he occupied several management functions: Technical Management, Marketing, Business Development and General Management. In this period he worked for FEI, Philips, ASML and Applied Materials. Karel has a key role in six acquisitions and a number of strategic processes, both in the industry and in nonprofit organizations. He lived in the Netherlands and the USA. Karel managed two start-up companies.

Previously Evelien has been involved in support activities for various organisations and has been active as entrepreneur for several years.
