Prior to joining Solveigh, Jona has been active at Houthoff Buruma, one of the largest law firms in the Netherlands, providing legal and strategic advice as M&A lawyer to various Chinese state-owned enterprises and listed-companies in their outbound activities, M&A and European affairs. Previously active in the international corporate and commercial practice at Ruig & Partners, advising multinational companies in the energy sector, especially oil companies, in structuring, finance and trust.
