Associated partner, joined Solveigh in 1999. Prior to joining Solveigh, Walter gained over 10 years of experience as controller for Rentokil Initial and CFO for a large franchise group owned by Nuon. Walter has been involved in M&A for 13 years, where he acted as transaction manager and leading partner in a large number of corporate acquisitions, sale- and buy-processes and (re)structuring. Following a number of acquisitions Walter has been involved in the merger process as integration manager.
