We are accessible on a 24/7 basis, not to say 31/7 as we work from the Netherlands, China and other territories with blended teams in different time zones. We are flexible and used to the unexpected, the unplanned and to shifting priorities. We are also used to the frustration which in many projects will appear on the surface. We are keen to de-escalate where hurdles and tensions are identified. Continuously and with persistence we will make sure the project is well on track and reaches the end; the successful completion.
