Our business is about value, more specifically, it is to unlock embedded shareholders value for our principals. Our business is also about trust. It is the basis of our work and a prerequisite to be engaged. Trust is based on many things; some explicit, some less. The trust our customers have in us gives us a huge responsibility. That can only be managed through maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism. In our view it also means that we need to communicate on a clear and personal basis. People work with people. It is something we are very aware of. We are not perfect. But we are keen to exceed expectations, also on a personal level.
