Blinck, a fast growing mobile content provider, is one of the global leading companies in the mobile entertainment market (e.g. mobile ring tones, text messages and interactive TV). Headquarters are located in Amsterdam.

Lex Harding is a well-known Dutch DJ and media entrepreneur. Lex is CEO, owner and founder of several Dutch commercial radio (Sky Radio & Radio 538) and television stations (RTL4, Veronica and the Music Factory). Solveigh participated as advisor to Lex Harding in the acquisition.
