Wytze Tjepkema, general manager of Meko, recently realized a Management Buy Out. Meko is a marketing, sales and service organisation with a leading position in the Dutch and international market for dairy cooling solutions (stainless steel tanks plus adjacent equipment). The company has solid returns. It employes 140 people. Meko is acquired from Masalco, a former owned group of industrial companies.
