The Vlaardingen-based scaffolding company Mobuco has been sold to Rheinhold & Mahla. Mobuco offers a complete range of specialised scaffolding products and services including the design, building, rent and dismanting. The company focuses on the petrochemical sector, the oil industry, offshore, incineration plants, environmental preservation and the construction sector. Rheinhold & Mahla - already the number 1 scaffolding construction company in the Netherlands - expects that the acquisition will result into a strengthening of its position in the industrial services. From the two management-owners, Niko van Ruitenberg will stay on as general manager, Hans van den Broek will retire.
