Purac the worldwide market leader in lactiv acid and lactates which is owned by listed company CSM, has sold its Global GDL and North American Gluconic Acid and Sodium Gluconate Business to the Japanese firm Fuso. Solveigh has acted as the advisor of Purac in the sale of their US business located in Janesville, Wisconsin.
