Sanicentra, a wholesale company in sanitary and heating equipment acquired the companies Gecon and Koolstra. The companies were acquired from Masalco in Assen, a holding company active in various sectors. Gecon (Assen) and Koolstra (Ede) are alike companies and similar to Sanicentra; they cover complementary geographical areas in Holland. Solveigh has arranged the transaction of behalf of Masalco.
